Invitation for the IFIP Magazine Submissions: Share Your Insights on Global Inclusive Education Practices

We are excited to invite you to contribute to our upcoming issue of the Inclusive Education Magazine the Inclusionista. Our publication aims to illuminate and advance inclusive education practices worldwide by showcasing diverse perspectives, innovative strategies, and impactful research.

Types of Submissions we welcome

  • Practitioner Reflections and Perspectives: Share reflections on your experiences of leading, implementing, or supporting inclusive education within your unique context. We welcome practice-informed insights, critical reflections, case studies, and perspectives that highlight successes, challenges, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to inclusive leadership, pedagogy, professional learning, and school improvement.
  • Research Perspectives: Contribute scholarly perspectives that explore contemporary issues in inclusive education through literature reviews, conceptual papers, policy analyses, or critical discussions. Submissions should synthesise current evidence, offer fresh insights, and advance thinking on inclusion from local, national, or global perspectives.
  • Quality Research Implementation: Present high-quality research that contributes to the evidence base for inclusive education. We welcome empirical studies, practitioner inquiry, implementation research, evaluation studies, and mixed-methods research that demonstrates impact, informs policy and practice, and supports sustainable, evidence-informed inclusive education.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Format: Articles should be submitted as Microsoft Word documents, adhering to APA style for citations and references. Please include photos where appropriate.
  • Length: Submissions typically range from 200 to 1500 words, depending on the type of contribution. Please include an abstract for all submissions longer than 400 words.
  • Review Process: All submissions will undergo a review process to ensure quality and relevance.
